The Value Grid (“we,” “us”) provides AI receptionist software to medical practices. This policy covers information collected through our SMS appointment-reminder service.
What we collect
When you use our SMS reminder service, we (on behalf of the practice you’re a patient of) process your mobile phone number and appointment date/time to send you reminders. We do not include medical, diagnostic, or treatment information in text messages.
How we use it
Solely to send appointment reminders and process your replies (confirm, reschedule request, or opt-out). We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies by your upcoming appointments. Message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan.
Opt-out
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
Data retention
Phone numbers and message logs are retained only as long as needed to provide the service and per the practice’s medical record retention obligations.
